Member accounts are granted, and can be revoked, at our discretion. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in works through email links.

Every number the platform produces — underwriting verdicts, cash flows, valuations, projections, refinance and sale scenarios, zone trends, and any rule-based suggestion — is an automated, simplified estimate built from the data you enter and public datasets. It is provided for information only, can be wrong or outdated, and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verify independently and consult licensed professionals before acting on any figure.

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You're responsible for having the right to store it and for its accuracy — the tools compute from what you provide.

Don't misuse the platform: no attempts to access other members' data, no scraping or probing, and keep the chat professional — no harassment, spam, or unlawful content. We may moderate, mute, or remove accounts that break this.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tree of Life Capital LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the platform, including decisions made in reliance on its outputs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
