Privacy Policy

Tree of Life Capital LLC ("we", "us") is a real estate investment firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. This site is both our public page and a private, by-approval platform where members analyze and track real estate investments. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: cesar@treeoflifecap.com.

Contact form. If you reach out through the site: your name, email, phone, and anything you tell us about your property or investment interest.

Account. Sign-in is by email link, so we store your email address. Access is by approval; if you request access, we keep your email and the request's status.

Financial data you enter. The platform exists to track properties you add: purchase figures, loans, rents, expenses, and value estimates. This data belongs to you and is only used to run the platform's calculations for you.

Activity. Inside the member area we log which pages you visit, when, your device type (mobile/desktop), and your approximate location (city/region/country, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider). We do not store your IP address itself. The public marketing site is not tracked.

Messages. The member chat stores your messages (group channel, direct messages, and your administrator line). Messages are private between participants, but — like any hosted service — platform administrators can access stored data for operation, support, and moderation.

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run third-party advertising or ad trackers. We don't use your financial data for anything other than showing you your own numbers.

We run on a small set of processors, each handling data only to provide the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting; also the source of the approximate-location data), and Resend (transactional email — sign-in links, notifications).

Activity logs are deleted after about 90 days. Account and property data stay for as long as your account exists. Contact-form submissions are kept while we handle your inquiry and for our records afterward. Chat messages remain until deleted.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to the member area requires sign-in by email link, every database record is scoped to its owner with row-level security, and administrative access is restricted to named administrator accounts protected by a second factor.

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data entirely — email cesar@treeoflifecap.com and we'll take care of it.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note it inside the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
